1. Introduction and acceptance
By accessing or using Numro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is operated by Alphahold LLC FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Service description
Numro is an AI-powered financial diagnostic tool that analyzes self-reported business data to generate a resilience score and recommendations. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not financial advice
The Service does NOT constitute financial, legal, accounting, tax, or professional advice. Scores, ratings, and recommendations are generated by AI algorithms based on general indicators and may not reflect your specific circumstances. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any business or financial decisions based on the output of this Service.
4. User obligations
You must:
- Provide accurate information
- Be authorized to share the business information you input
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
5. Accounts and payment
Starter and Pro tiers require payment via Stripe. Prices are in USD and subject to 5% VAT for UAE-based billing addresses. Pro subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
6. Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Starter: non-refundable one-time payment. Pro annual: refund within 14 days of payment if no Pro diagnostic report has been downloaded. After these windows, no refunds are issued. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding are the property of Alphahold LLC FZ. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. Reports generated for your use are yours to keep and share.
8. Data handling
Free-tier financial data you input is processed in real-time by AI and is not stored on our servers. Paid-tier data is stored securely for your access. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We use Stripe for payment processing — your payment data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Numro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from business decisions made based on the Service’s output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will be accurate or complete.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Numro against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the website.
