Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free tier

No payment required. No refund applicable.

Starter ($25 one-time)

• Full refund within 7 days of payment, provided the Starter diagnostic report has not been viewed.
• If the report has been viewed, no refund is issued as the service has been delivered.

Pro annual ($299/year)

• Full refund within 14 days of payment, provided no Pro diagnostic report has been downloaded.
• If a Pro report has been downloaded, no refund is issued.
• Cancel anytime — you retain access until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

• Email contact@numro.io with your name, email, and payment date.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds are issued in USD. Currency conversion may affect the refunded amount.

How to cancel

• Go to your Account → Subscription page and click “Manage billing.”
• Or email contact@numro.io with your cancellation request.
• Cancellation is effective immediately for future billing. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.
